Position description

As an Assistant manager, you will work as a supportive and cooperative team member providing the best potential service to colleagues and management. The main responsibilities of the Assistant Manager are to provide general support, addressing a broad variety of issues, regulations and policies, maintaining files, databases, and records of personnel.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely and report to the Country Manager
  • Manage daily running of the office space
  • Be proactive and give support to colleagues
  • Maintain and follow up the suppliers and other contracts
  • Prepare and manage internal documents, correspondence and reports
  • Administrate HR and personnel documents and procedures
  • Assist with bank payments and reports
  • Receive visitors and ensure business protocol
  • Arrange travel logistic and company’s events
  • Maintain close contact with the accounting dept.
  • Basic budgeting and accounting reports
  • Providing overall assistance and research
  • Support for the company’s ongoing projects
  • Other administrative activities

Required professional qualifications

  • University degree
  • English – spoken and written – advanced level
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer etc.)
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Driving License B
